IMPORTANT BOOKING INFO

Please keep in mind that your "booking" is a request for a booking. We will get back to you within 48 hours if your booking has been accepted and approved.

If you cancel a booking less than 48 hours in advance, there will be a fee for late cancellations. 

Generally, our availability is weekend hours. However, we may approve appointments on a case-by-case basis during the week. Please call or email us with special requests.

Because we are providing a mobile service, we require that you have at least 5 people in your party that will be receiving this service. If you have less than 5 people and want to see if an exception can be made, please call or email us. Parties of 10 or more will require 2 providers to be present so please notify us of large parties.

Once your appointment is confirmed, we will send you a link to your patient portal in order to collect patient information and release forms so you don't have to worry about this during your party!

Safety is our number one priority at CosMedic MedSpa. We reserve the right to decline treating any patient if we deem it would be unsafe for the patient or for our staff.
